Thought I would post a follow-up to see if anyone has heard anything from the developer on this. I just donated to support this development. Unfortunately, after donating and you're redirected to the driver download page, you learn at that moment that it only supports 32 bit. Any word on a 64-bit version? I've seen several related posts going back at least a few years and most of them seem to have been ignored by the developer.
Realterm Spy Driver Download
I received my drivers and installed them successfully. However, now I get the message that they are not properly installed, even after a reinstall. All I can imagine now is that it is related to having updated RealTerm or to running with reduced (non-admin) permissions. Any ideas?
Haven't heard back. Sad because it appears the author is actively monitoring this site. If the drivers are not available anymore, then a new stable release without the donate/get drivers popup should be made the default download.

The devicetree configuration allows you to use a minimal pin configuration.Connect all unused pins to the fixed logic level as instructed in the official documentation. For example, csd-gpios is an optional pin that sets the device into sleep mode.If this pin is not controlled by the driver, it must be connected to the fixed logic level.
